Change my subscription
If you want to change the terms of your subscription contact us via the contact form, by clicking HERE.
By contacting us, you will be able to make the following changes:
- Modification of the offer (change of product, change of parking)
- Modification of the means of payment (change of RIB, change of the method of payment)
- Changing the billing frequency
- Modification of your personal information (name, first name email driver, license plate) -
Cancel my subscription
Beyond the minimum subscription period of three months, your subscription contract may be terminated.
For this you need to submit a request via the contact form. If the request is received by Customer Service no later than the 7th of the month, it will be effective at the end of the current month.
If the request is made after the 7th of the month, the cancellation will take place at the end of the month following the month of the request.
Example: we are 10/10. I wish to cancel my subscription from 01/12. My request must be sent to Customer Service no later than 6/11.
Namely: It is not possible to temporarily suspend a subscription. If you wish to stop your subscription, you must cancel it.

I wish to cancel my reservation
To cancel your order:
1. Go to the "My Account" area
2. Then in the section "My bookings"
3. Select your order and click "Cancel"
IMPORTANT: The cancellation is possible at the latest 3 hours before the time of the beginning of your reservation In case of cancellation, you will be fully refunded. After this period EFFIA will keep 100% of the amount of the order.

My subscriptions and my bills
To view your current subscriptions and subscription requests:
1. Log in to the "My Account" area
2. Click on the section "My subscriptions"
All your subscription requests are displayed.
- When the status of your subscription is "being processed" it means that our Customer Service is currently processing your request.
- When the status of your subscription is "validated" it means that your subscription request has been accepted. You have received an email with the terms and conditions to access the car park.
To view your invoices:
1. Log in to the "My Account" area
2. Click on the "My bills" section
Invoices are available between the 25th and 30th of the month (depending on the billing frequency chosen). You can download each invoice in PDF format by clicking on the arrow (to the right) of the one you wish to export.
To pay your subscription online:
You also have the possibility to pay your subscription from your client area tab "My bills" (only in case you are in payment by credit card).

Delete account
- Vous ne pourrez plus le réactiver, mais vous pourrez vous ré-inscrire en créant un nouveau compte
- La suppression de votre compte sera appliquée dans un délai de XX jours après que vous en ayez effectué la demande
- EFFIA s'engage à supprimer vos données personnelles dans un delai de XX jours
- Vous ne pouvez pas supprimer votre compte si vous avez une réservation ou un abonnement en cours.
