You can leave the car park whenever you want. No reimbursement will be provided.
A courtesy period of half an hour is offered before and 1 hour after your reservation slot.
After this time, in the event of early arrival, access will only be possible with a ticket to be paid at the end of the parking period. Your reservation will be considered cancelled, and additional payment will be required when you leave.
Several access methods are available depending on the car park.
In most cases, you can access the car park using an access code.
You will be informed of how to access the car park in the booking confirmation email and in your account, in the “My bookings” section.

This code is sent in the email confirmation and by SMS.
Enter the code at the car park’s entry barrier. You will receive a prepaid ticket which you will need to use at the exit barrier.
