It is not possible to modify the license plate, to access the car park, all you have to do is enter the access code received in the confirmation email.
Bookings cannot be changed.
You can cancel your booking up to 3 hours before in your account, before making a new booking on our website.

In your account, go to the “My bookings” section and click “Cancel the booking”.
The card you used to pay will be automatically refunded within 72 hours.
